Alejandro Ramirez ("I", "me", or "my") built Swapblocku as a commercial app.

This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use my app and the choices you have associated with that information.

I do not directly collect personally identifiable information (PII). However, the app may gather anonymous usage data, such as interactions within the app, device type, operating system, and other non-identifiable metrics through third-party services like Apple Game Center and Google AdMob, as described below.

• Game Center: If you sign in to Apple Game Center, Apple collects your player ID and display name according to Apple’s Privacy Policy. I receive only your Game Center player ID and display name
• Advertising: The app displays ads served by third-party services that may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to serve personalized ads, as governed by their respective policies.
  
  You can limit ad personalisation through your device's privacy settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS).

Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. I do not collect, transmit, or store your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Game progress, settings, and high scores are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data does not leave your device except as synced by iCloud under your own Apple ID, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Swapblocku is not directed to children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.

Users will receive a notification in the app regarding significant changes to this policy, and the revision date will be clearly displayed.
